Building Designs offer's 3 layers of service for your home design.

• Conceptual Drawings
• Preliminary Drawings
• Construction Drawings

The conceptual drawing takes your ideas and our ideas and put them together on paper. The preliminary drawing will include a dimensioned floor plan and electrical plan and detailed elevations. At this stage you will be able to get preliminary pricing on your new home and start working with your lending institution. The construction drawings or final drawings will enable you to start your permitting process. Your final 3 sets of drawings will include the following:

Four elevations
Floor plan
Electrical Plan
Foundation plan
Steel Placement plan
General Notes and Details

Here are some other services that we offer:

Full Copy Service: We can make your copies from 8" x 11" to a 36" x 48" sheet.
Scan Service: We can scan your drawing or picture and print as large as 36" x 48"
Email: We can email your drawing directly to you.
Web Meetings: For your convenience we can schedule a virtual meeting over the internet. You will be able to review your drawings and see your project in 3-d.
Furniture Help: Use our to-scale furniture templates to visualize the furniture place in your future home.
