Presentation is everything. Once a new design has been completed, it needs to be promoted. After we have designed your new model home for you, we can then proceed to put together a marketing package for you. This package will enable you to promote your model in a professional manner to interested clients.

PACKAGE DETAILS

Your marketing package can include one or all of the following in color or black and white:

Black Line Marketing Brochure
3D Rendering - 8.5" x 11" up to 24" x 36"
3D Rendering Brochure - 8 .5" x 11" or 24" x 36"
3-D color elevations with landscape packages
Color floor plans with model information
Furnished Interior color 3-D pictures

We can assist you with choosing the correct paper size which will depend on the amount of information and pictures that will be on your marketing piece.
