BUILDER SERVICES

At Building Designs we want to do more than design projects for our builders, we want to be a part of their team. By working closely with our builders in a team effort we are able to incorporate important notes and details into the final drawings that will make their job easier and more profitable. With Building Designs you can feel confident that you are leaving your client in good hands. We will provide personal attention to your client so that we can understand their wants and needs and create the perfect design for them and their families.

Once contact has been made with you and your client we will prepare a conceptual drawing based upon the design information that we have obtained. After the conceptual design is approved, we will provide a preliminary drawing. This will be complete enough so that you can give your customer a preliminary cost estimate for their new home construction. Once the preliminary plan has been approved and all outside work has been received we will complete the drawings for permitting. Your final 3 sets of drawings will include the following:

Four elevations
Floor plan
Electrical Plan
Foundation plan
Steel Placement plan
General Notes and Details

We will also discuss any particular notes and/or sub-drawings that you would like to see on the final drawings.

We can form plan books of brochures allowing you to easily display and market your stock plans. As you can see we offer a variety of tools to help you in the promotion of model homes and/or spec homes.
