 Building Designs is a Design Firm based in South Central Florida. The owner, Tim Marine, has been in the building trade for 27 years. He was a General Contractor for 15 years with the last 5 years of his building career specializing in Design/Build.

In 1999 he started Building Designs. Utilizing his past experience as a General Contractor, he decided to specialize in custom designs spaces and to create construction drawings that are builder friendly. Since then, his business has grown to include a staff of drafting and design specialists to meet the needs of a growing client base.

Realizing that his clients may need to market their product, he developed the marketing side of Building Designs. Contractors now have a full-service design firm available to them. Building Designs offers custom and award-winning designs to clients. Tim and his staff pride themselves on always offering top-quality service to their clients to ensure a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
